To prevent fires, smoking is prohibited in the Pension (including all
rooms), except for the smoking room in the entrance hall.
To prevent fire and theft, please turn off the heater and light, and lock
the room, whenever you leave the pension.
Please return to the pension before 12:00am (midnight). The front door is locked at this time. (You cannot enter the pension after 12:00am.)
Please put the room key in the key box at the front desk, when you leave
the pension.

| Bath |
The bath is located on the basement level, and is available for use between 3:00pm-11:00pm at night.
Please note that the bath is Japanese style. Please wash thoroughly before
getting into the bathtub, and don't use soap in the bathtub.(If you are unfamiliar with the Japanese manner of bathing, please ask
for instructions. )
The bath is unisex. So please lock the door to the bath-changing
room whenever you use the bath.
Please leave the door to the changing room open when the bath is not in
use.
When finished, do not pull the bath plug out. Others will use the water.

| Showers |
The shower rooms are located on the basement level, and are available for use between 7:00am-8:00am in the morning, and 3:00pm-12:00pm in the afternoon and at night.
The showers are unisex. So please lock the door to the shower-changing
room when in use.
Please leave the door to the changing room open when the shower is not
in use.

| Washing Machine |
|
Available for use between 6:00am-11:00pm.
Please remove your clothes immediately after the washing machine has finished
and hang them up to dry in the drying room or your room.
|
| Breakfast |
Breakfast (if required) is served in the dining room at 8:00am.
Please wait in your room or in the lounge until we call you for your meal.
If you intend to eat out, please ask for a copy of "Wine & Dinner"
(Niseko's restaurant and bar guide). We would be happy to recommend a
restaurant if that would be helpful.
